Non Stick Cooking Spray
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup raisins (golden work great, but any will do)
1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts
(you could add choc chips or cranberries, be creative!)
Preheat oven to 350
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
Combine oats, cinnamon, salt in bowl.
Add bananas, nuts, raisins.
